Chapter Twenty Eight
I woke up absentmindedly from the bed when I heard a knock on my door from the outside. I notice that the sun is already up, lately I’ve been asleep longer that makes me woke up a little bit late than the usual. I stretch for a while before I decided to open the door. The soft knocks on the door continued that made me smile. Maybe Nanay is just checking on me. She might get worried again why I’m not awake yet. I rubbed my eyes first before I opened the door. “Good morning, Nanay.” I happily greeted her but I was surprised to see no person in front of me but a color pink balloons.
