When I opened my eyes, I saw Sakina slumped in a chair next to me, fast asleep. Mama was in a chair beside her, also snoring lightly.
“Good of you to join us, my boy.”
Uncle Felan strode towards me, grinning from ear to ear. I sat up as both Sakina and Mama shot awake.
“How are you feeling?” they both asked in unison.
“Actually… I feel… amazing,” I replied, shocked by my own admission.
