Sakina We walked in silence out of the jungle. I couldn’t link Fibi or Evet, nor could I smell them. Mika and four rogues accompanied us to the edge of the jungle.  “We will leave you here,” he sneered. “Now we will move our camp again. Prince Lucien, until we receive your call.” He bowed deeply to him and turned with his rogues to return to the heart of the jungle. Lucien and I walked in complete silence along the grasslands, neither of us wanting to risk the rogues overhearing anything.  “Neither of us can shift now. We must make haste to reach Zamee in time,” I said aloud, hoping Fibi and Evet could hear me.  We walked quickly for another hour.
