She raised both of her hands admitting she was wrong for throwing that kind of joke. “Okay, okay. I’m just curious about you, you know. I just want to catch up with everything that is going on with my daughter. I feel like I’m years delayed with you” I pursed my lips, feeling her frustration not knowing a thing or two about me. It’s true that I haven’t been transparent with her, either was Dad to her. Dad and I have the same reason actually why we chose not to.
