But he still pulled off her towel, looked at the dense marks on her body, lowered his head, bit one of her n*****s, and sucked gently.
Sophia bit her lower lip tightly to prevent herself from crying out loud.
He kissed her for a while, then let go, and saw that her n*****s stood up, covered with his saliva, emitting an attractive luster under the light.
He glanced at the scene before him and smiled with satisfaction. Standing up, he walked toward the door. "You'll sleep here tonight," he said as he left the room.
After he was gone, Sophia got up, her mind racing with thoughts of escape.
She took one step, but dizziness swept over her, nearly causing her to collapse. Quickly, she steadied herself, massaging her temples, and made her way to the door.
Pressing her ear against the door, she listened carefully. No sound.
She quietly opened the door, uncertainty flooding her mind. Could she really escape?
She closed the door gently, turned and walked to the center of the room, picked up her skirt and pulled off her bath towel.
"Not enough?" A voice suddenly came from behind her.
"Ah!" She screamed and spun around, seeing Tobias standing in the doorway.
Startled, she tried to cover herself with her clothes, stammering, "I-I just wanted to sleep."
"Wearing a dress to bed?" He arched a dangerous brow and walked toward her. "You weren’t thinking of running away, were you?"
"No," Sophia instinctively denied. But the moment she saw his expression, she knew her lie had been caught. Fear made her legs weak as she backed away. "I-I-I don’t have pajamas, so I was just going to wear the dress."
He nodded slowly. "I don’t have any either. So why bother wearing anything?"
Sophia stared at him, stunned. He reached out and ran his fingers along her collarbone, making her jump in shock.
"Get in bed. Don’t make me angry," he said coldly.
Sophia knelt down, loosening the dress, picking up the towel, and wrapping it around herself. She hesitated before walking to the bed and climbing in. The sheets still held traces of passion, and the scent made her stomach churn. But she swallowed her disgust—she had to. Closing her eyes, her lashes trembled with fear.
A few moments later, Tobias lay down beside her, making her body tense up.
He let out a mocking laugh but didn’t say anything else.
Exhausted, she eventually fell asleep, though nightmares plagued her.
When she awoke the next morning, daylight was flooding the room. She sat up, glancing around at the unfamiliar space and the clothes scattered on the floor. Shame and anger washed over her.
The sound of running water came from the bathroom. She knew it was Tobias inside, but had no idea what to do next.
Could she escape?
The door clicked open, and Tobias walked out.
Sophia looked over, seeing him wrapped in a towel around his waist, his upper body bare. He held another towel in his hand, drying his hair, water dripping from the ends and trailing down his chest, over his muscles.
The sight made an inexplicable fear rise within her.
"Take the pill," Tobias said.
What pill? Sophia stared at him in confusion.
He glanced at the bedside table. Following his gaze, she saw a box of pills and a glass of water. Her hands shook as she picked it up, and her eyes landed on the bold words: Emergency Contraceptive.
Tobias walked toward the closet. "From now on, make sure you have the pills ready yourself. I don’t care if you take them before or after sex."
He suddenly stopped, turning to look at her. "Remember, you’re not worthy of carrying my child, so you’d better take the pills on time, or you won’t be able to handle the consequences."
Sophia’s hand trembled as she held the pills, slowly tearing open the package and taking them according to the instructions.
After setting down the glass of water, she noticed a set of women's clothes nearby, with lingerie neatly placed on top. She hesitated, reaching for it, then pulled her hand back, glancing nervously toward the closet.
Moments later, the closet door opened, and she quickly looked down, startled.
Tobias was already dressed, adjusting his tie as he walked out. "Put on the new clothes. Don’t wear what you had on yesterday."
Hearing no response, he raised his voice. "Did you hear me?"
"I heard you," Sophia whispered, her voice so small it barely came out. Fearing he hadn’t heard her, she cleared her throat. "Yes."
This time he caught it, giving a nod of approval before leaving the room.
Sophia dressed slowly and made her way downstairs. Every step sent a dull ache through her body, a painful reminder of the storm that raged the night before. She wished she could disappear, cursing herself for allowing it to happen.
The living room was empty. She stood there for a moment, feeling lost, before remembering her mother, still in the hospital. Without hesitation, she headed for the door. She couldn’t die—not now. Her mother needed her.
The surgery couldn’t wait.
As she stepped outside the villa, she saw the same two men from yesterday standing guard. She froze.
"Ms. Sophia, please go back inside," one of them said, blocking her path politely but firmly.
"I need to go to the hospital," she insisted.
"The boss instructed that you cannot leave."
"Why?" she shouted in frustration.
"That was the boss’s order."
She stood there, stunned, unsure of what to do. After a moment, she asked, "Where did he go?"
"The boss is at work. Please wait inside, Ms. Sophia."
"I need to go to the hospital," she repeated, her voice trembling. "My mother is having surgery."
"The boss said you’re not allowed to leave this house," one of the guards said coldly before they pushed her back inside and locked the door behind her.
Sophia twisted the door handle and banged on the door, shouting, "Let me out!"
Later that afternoon, Tobias returned, finding Sophia lying lifelessly on the couch. A takeout box sat on the coffee table, likely something the guards had brought her for lunch.
He walked over, towering over her. "Is starving yourself to death really worth it?"
Sophia blinked slowly, sitting up and grabbing his pant leg. "What about my mom? How is she?"
"Eat your meal, and I’ll tell you," he replied.
Sophia hesitated, then nodded. "Okay, I’ll eat. I’ll eat right now." She quickly opened the box and began eating, devouring the food in a rush.
