"mmh.. Mhhh" Tessie was stretching herself while waking up, but as she woke up she got shocked and looked around.
"Where is this place?" Tessie asked herself while scanning the room with her eyes.
As she was looking around she saw a photo of Hardin on the wall.
"Damn!" She said to herself and held her head. She moved down the bead and started moving. She opened the door and went to the sitting room and found Hardin sleeping on the couch.
"This man..." Tessie said to herself.
She moved to the kitchen, she got stuck and started screaming after seeing a body laying down wearing black clothes got stabbed with a knife.
Hardin woke up when Tessie was shouting, he moved quickly but as he moved he heard a sound of mirrors breaking on the other side. He turned and started following the sound.
The sound brought him to the washroom.
He entered but he found nobody and the mirrors got broken.
As he turned around he met a blow on his face and started feeling dizzy and fell down.
As he was laying down his eyes were losing vision and he heard police sirens and his eyes totally closed.
Around 4 pm, slowly the eyes were opened with a tired body.
Hardin opened his eyes looking up to the roof.
He looked around and noticed he was in the hospital.
He pulled his hands but the other hand was tied to the bed with handcuffs. He pulled his hand harder but his strength was nothing in front of handcuffs.
He was breathing helplessly while facing up, taking his memories of what happened earlier.
As he slept on the bed soon the police entered with Attelo.
Hardin raised his head and looked at them.
Attelo moved slowly and sat beside him.
"I did nothing" Hardin said while facing the other side.
"I understand" Attelo replied with a low voice while her hand took over the hand of Hardin.
"Sorry for everything, can you explain?" Attelo said.
"I know nothing, I just woke up and heard Tessie screaming and I went to the washroom after hearing the mirrors breaking and I was hit when turning and uuh I woke up right now" Hardin replied with a complaining voice.
" You slept with Tessie.. Don't mind it but it's hard for someone to understand that you are innocent, especially someone who doesn't really know you" Attelo said.
"We didn't sleep on the same bed, I slept in the
sitting room" Hardin replied.
"I need to be your lawyer. I will prove your innocence" Attelo said.
"Where was Andile at that time?" Attelo asked.
"I don't know but sometimes he doesn't sleep at home" Hardin replied.
"Have no worries I will work on it" Attelo said and at the moment the door was opened and all of them paid attention towards the door.
It was Tessie and Peniel.
"Can you give us some space?" Peniel said and Attelo stood and moved out.
Peniel took a long breath and looked at Hardin while Tessie was just quiet with a cold face.
"I did nothing," Hardin said while looking at them.
"We were only two inside" Tessie replied quickly.
"So you suspect me" Hardin said while looking at Tessie.
"Of course you did it, the fingerprint test is out and confirmed you are guilty" Peniel said.
"And you suspect me also" Hardin said to Peniel while his face turned more helpless.
"I don't mean it but I'm informing" Peniel replied.
"You killed a person" Tessie said.
"I have nothing to say, if you guys support each other I don't care" Hardin said and turned to the other side.
"And the police found nothing on CcTV footage" Peniel said.
"Can't you guys think, who called the police. If I killed a person do you think I could leave the dead body and sleep? " Hardin yelled at them.
At that moment the police officer entered.
"We have to take him away and if you guys want to talk more you may see him at the police station" The police officer said to them.
Hardin was taken away by the police officer.
Peniel hugged Tessie when Tessie was crying.
"Everything will be alright" Peniel said slowly to Tessie.
"We got closer and I can't take it.. He is a killer. We spent a few moments but I feel like I have known him for years" Tessie said helplessly.
Around 7 pm Tessie arrived at her home. He was received with bodyguards.
Tessie was coming from a rich family of Mr Caltin.
She moved in and found her father and her mother in the dining sitting as they were waiting for her.
" My sweet Tessie, we were waiting for you" Her mother said with a smile.
'I'm in a bad mood, you can proceed "Tessie said tiredly.
" I heard what happened "Her father said and made Tessie shocked.
" Who told you? "Tessie asked attentively.
" Come and join us"His father replied while calling her with his hand.
Tessie stood like for six seconds and moved to them.
She got seated and served herself with food.
"The chief director told me everything and he is thinking about handling this case for you" Mr Caltin said.
"But... Fine I will take it" Tessie replied.
"You have to be careful, you know it's hard for someone to kill and leave a trace" Mr Caltin said.
"Maybe he made a mistake. We were only two" Tessie replied.
"As a lawyer you should not move to the accident first. Observe what caused the accident and why. Let it not spoil your life" Caltin said.
"Can you move to the point? You know our daughter has grown enough and I think she has to be aware of our business" Mrs Caltin said, putting a new topic.
Tessie looked at her mother suspiciously.
"Let her finish this first and I think it will be the right time" Mr Caltin added.
"You guys like talking about something and I don't get you" Tessie said while looking at them in turn.
Tessie took a long breath and stood and left.
"I really don't understand this situation, if Peniel did, why is he putting his friend at risk" Caltin said.
"He killed my men at the port and now he has killed my man again and I wonder if the burden is on Hardin. I think he was planning something very big. I have to be alert" Mr Caltin added.
