The company has been going through a major crisis, Adien has been really busy and stressed out lately which Rose had noticed but in other not to cause some kind of panic, he has been handling it alone until one morning a video went viral about a lady saying negative things about their new product that was just launched few weeks ago.
According to this lady, she started developing boils on her skin which never happen before, after going to the hospital because it was getting worst, the doctor told her that it wasn’t an allergy reaction but the product contained deadly chemical ingredients that caused the huge boils on her face. She even went ahead to post the hospital reports, the picture of the product which was indeed their newly launched product and she also posted her face with the boil.
This post had more than 2million views in just an hour, with a lot of negative comments. The sales dropped from 80 to 40, customers were returning and asking for refunds even some investors pulled out in other not to get affected. It was really huge and everyone was watching the videos and giving their own views. Rose knew that this might be a set up by a rival or the woman in question had an allergy reaction but worked with the doctor in other to make it seem like it was the product in other to get a huge sum of money for compensation, she was sure of this because even though she was new in the company, she has observed the kind of person Adien is, he never cuts corners, he might be cold and a risk taker but he never jokes with his company or the lives of people--- using deadly chemical? That’s so not him and aside that, she had be present through out the whole process, all ingredients were tested safe before use--- isn’t she also using the product? How come her face isn’t filled with boils?
‘I have to speak to Adien, but he has been busy. I heard that the government sent representatives and experts to come inspect the products and Adien has been with them monitoring to ensure they don’t plant evidence--- that’s how it always happens in movies, they plant evidence and sue the company a huge amount of money which can lead to the company going bankrupt’
‘Its good he’s there but without him around how do we solve this problem or else the sales will keep reducing and to think that Adien invested a lot of money into this project. If it fails, won't he be heartbroken? I need to think of a way to solve this and turn things around’
After coming up with a good idea, Rose went to meet Mr Corner, Adien’s P.A, who has been handling certain deals in Adien’s absence.
“Mr Corner can I talk to you, it’s concerning the crisis on ground”
Mr Corner led her to his office “Please sit Miss Rose”
“Thank you”
“So I was thinking, he you been able to trace the woman who made that video?”
“No”
“What about the said doctor”
“Not really, I tried finding the woman but she turned off her location when she posted the video”
“If she really did that, them isn’t it obvious that she lied”
“It might also be that she was scared of the company coming for her”
“If she was really scared, would she had asked for compensation--- she even posted her lawyer’s number and account details, if she was really scared and it was true she won’t need to hid because she’s got the public’s support”
“that makes a lot of sense Miss Rose”
“of course it does, she’s clearly lying and wants to extort money from us. I won't be surprise if she was paid by a rival to tarnish the company’s name”
“That might also be true, but if we try to overtake the police and investigate, with the public eyes on us, we might be accused to trying to cover up or she might even accuse us of trying to shut her up…. They’re a lot of loopholes, we can’t be reckless”

Few minutes later a meeting was held in the meeting room and Rose led the meeting bring up a strategic plan on how to trace the woman and the doctor in other to get real evidence. The whole room was silent with only Rose’s voice been heard, everyone was jotting and getting familiar with their different roles, such intelligence and charisma shocked everyone.
Soon, she sketched a strategic blueprint on how to trace the lady and her supposed doctor. It only took a week for the woman to be traced--- turned out she was right all along and the woman was once a worker in the company who was fired for stealing private document, according to the lady, she was approached by a rival, paid a huge sum of money to sabotage the company sales, so that also means the hospital reports were fake. To cut the long story short, the lady was arrested.
But even after the lady got arrested, they still needed to appease the public, so Rose also came up with a project to appease the public, one of them is running a discount sales for their new products. The meeting was still going on with rose fully explaining the details of the project when Adien walked in. he sat down, quietly urging Rose to continue her presentation, after Rose finished, the whole room erupted with applause. In front of his entire senior team and other members present, ADIEN said
"From today, she leads this project."
Everyone present was filled with shock but Rose accepted without blinking, she smiled before responding “Thank you very much for this opportunity Mr Reanon”.
