Night had fallen and she'd run as far as she could without fainting from exhaustion. She'd found herself in the woods. She found a clearing with ruins in it. It looked like an old village. Stone foundations, crumbling walls, basements still accessible. A look into the past. She felt as empty, lonely and desolate as the ruins she sat amongst. Crickets came out to sing and fire flies flew around her. Maybe she could just stay here and melt into the woodland life. But she knew people would come looking for her sooner or later. As soon as it was noticed she was gone, anyway. Finnick might be busy, but someone would mention she had missed dinner. So she picked herself up and began to head back. She didn't have the energy for a run this time. “Why did I have to run so far from home...” she grumb
