Astrid settled in. She kept the same room, but the door between her room and Finnick's remained locked. She'd been accepted into the pack and made Luna. Unlike her last stint as Luna, this time, Finnick wanted her input on matters. The only times they saw each other were when he called on her for her opinion or asked her to take on tasks. It surprised her how fully he trusted her from the start.
“I have a favor to ask,” Astrid said. They'd been working on budgeting numbers for hours now.
“What's that?” he replied without looking up.
“I had to leave my parents behind. I'd like them to move here.”
“That's not always as easy as it sounds. Your old Alpha will have to agree to let them change packs, or else they'd be rogues and then my council will have to agree to let them in.”
