Lucas opens the door to Logan’s Manhattan apartment and exhales. This is f****d up. He just saw Kate, but he left her without even had the chance to touch her. His princess was sleeping soundly she didn’t even realize that he was in the room. Lucas didn’t want to leave. He wanted to wait for Kate to wake up, but he got Logan’s message loud and clear.
Logan was trying to avoid a face-off between Chris and Lucas. He had to respect his brother’s decision. It was not the time nor the place. They were in a hospital and Logan was sick, he wouldn’t be able to referee. It was difficult. Lucas had problem catching his breath. He didn’t immediately go home, he hung around in the cafeteria for at least another two hours before leaving, feeling defeated.
