Kion frowned after finishing reading the urgent notice in the transparent blue screen. He then turn his head around, even if now already dark but his eyes can see everything clearly. More than ten meters around him is only gray stone in various sizes and forms and there is also a blue screen with ghouls moving to this direction.

Three coming from twenty-seven meters ahead, four coming from thirty-two meters on left, and lastly one coming from seventeen meters on right.

He thinking for using water and making large scale attacks to kill them all at once like before. For that reason, he crouching and touch the stone under him then close his eyes. After three minutes he opens his eyes, and then in a low voice he said, "there is only a small amount of water in here."

If there are many waters in this place, even if his agility and mana pool is not in the best conditions, he still could kill all of them without too much difficulty. That makes his plan to wait for them to come and kill them all at once in no longer possible.

Because of that, he only has one option left that much more tiring. Moving fast as possible and kills them one by one as fast as he can.

First, he targeting the one ghoul on the right. He channels his mana on his leg making the wind blow around him for a short time and then with a single step, he rushed very fast in a straight direction. In less than five seconds, he was already close to that ghoul. Seeing that he place his right to the grip of his blue dagger. With their range is just two meters he quickly unsheathe his dagger and quickly s***h through that ghoul neck, separating the ghoul body and neck.

When he finally stopped and his feet touch the ground, he doesn't look at that dead body instead he turned his head to three ghouls in another direction. Using the same method, he quickly rushes to their position.

When he was already close to them, his eyes caught a puddle, and they are moving directly to that puddle. Seeing that Kion using wind magic once again and changing direction to that puddle.

When those ghouls passed the puddle, Kion landed in the puddle. He immediately touches the puddle with his left hand and makes ten water balls fly in the air then he shoots it right to those ghoul's heads. Those turn back because of the voice Kion makes, but their reaction is too late. The high speed water balls hit their head very hard making their head explode turning into a piece of meat that flew in the air.

He then controls the remaining water and makes it cover his blue dagger. When he feels enough, he quickly uses wind magic and rushed to the remaining four ghouls.

Without taking much time, he can already see them. He raised his blue dagger, then at the exact moment he swung it down slashing the head of one ghoul, not stopping there the water enveloping the dagger turned into a slashing wave towards the rest of the ghouls.

Unfortunately, their position is not in a straight line. The second ghoul is dead because his head gets a direct hit making it explode into pieces of meat. But the third only lose both of his legs and the four one lost only his right arm.

Kion quickly unsheathe his gray dagger and then he threw it and hit right at the heart of the ghoul who lost both his legs.

A ringing voice suddenly sounded in his head, reaction to that Kion immediately rolling to the left.

When he stops moving, Kion saw the last ghoul is jumping in his place before. When that ghoul is still in the air, Kion jumped, and then when he was in the air he used wind magic thus accelerating to the location he want.

The ghoul has just stopped the momentum from his jump before, but Kion blue dagger is already right in his neck. Kion swiftly slashed the neck of that ghoul, separated that ghoul body and head.

Doesn't waste any time, Kion runs to the last remaining ghoul that still laying in the ground and quickly cuts his neck, ending this night fight. When he already finished the last ghoul the ringing voice sounded in his head and the transparent blue screen appear again.

1. Exterminate the ghouls tomorrow (95/100)

2. Tomorrow escort Aleisha Wylen until she arrive at House of Wylen.

After he finishes reading it, that blue screen disappear. He pick up his gray dagger and then sheathing both of his daggers. Finishing all his business here Kion walks calmly to the cave where Aleisha is sleeping. When he arrived there, he makes the ice wall disappear thus he came in and then sitting using the cave wall to lean and close his eyes for taking a rest.

The Next Morning….

Kion and Aleisha already left their resting place last night and now is continuing their journey. Different from nor Kion or Aleisha is talking, they are staying quiet even after more than one hour walking in the forest.

Kion stay quiet because he doesn't think that there is something have to talk, and Aleisha herself doesn't ask any questions like before. Therefore, Aleisha she is in deep thought about something she noticed this morning.

“The cave feel colder this morning and Kion could use ice magic, and thus I think I smell blood scent when we left the cave. If I am not wrong, when I fell asleep, Kion is fighting some wild animals or even ghouls!”

She looked at Kion back, thinking if she should be asking him. But she doesn't be sure if Kion will give her a proper answer. After thinking for a while, she decides to give it a try.

“Hey Kion, can I ask you something?”

“What is it?” Kion answer with his usual calm voice and without stopping to walk.

“Are you fighting some wild animals last night?”

“No, I don't fight some wild animals, I was fighting eight ghouls.”

“So, I am right.”

Aleisha became quiet for a while before continuing her talk, “are you hurt in some place?”

“No.”

“I, see, that is a good thing.”

Thereafter, they are talking about few things while continuing to walk. Half an hour later, Kion finally reached the end of the line and found a road.

“We've arrived.”

“This is, a road?"

Aleisha move her head around, the road is made of earth, and on the other side of the road there is a wide river. After looking around, Aleisha turn her face to Kion.

“So, what now?”

“I don't know.”

“Eh, you don't know! But I thought you know the way!” Aleisha eyes widened because of what he said. Just when she would start to say something, their ear catch sound of something that moving to their direction.

Both of them looked at the sound source which came from, From the end of the road they could see, a slow-moving horse carriage came here.
