Chapter 7 - Are you not a human?

The crackling sound of firewood could be heard from the bonfire in the middle of the forest. On the bonfire, several skewers of meat are being grilled by placing them between two long twigs.
Not far from it, Kion now is currently slicing some meat.
Two hours ago, Kion regain his consciousness. The first thing he found is that the blue box Aleisha Wylen is very close to him, just a few steps ahead behind a giant rose tree.
After checking her condition and confirming that she was okay, he immediately make the giant rose tree disappear because it is to attract attention. He then rushed following the trail from his fight before to the place where he place his other bag before. After that, he ran back to this place and then prepared some for himself and Aleisha.
After finishing slicing some meat and then putting it on the bonfire, the ringing voice sounded in his head, and not long after that, the blue transparent screen appear in front of him.
[Get out from this forest before tomorrow night]
Thus after he finished reading it, that blue screen disappear then a line appear in his vision and at the end of the line, he could faintly see the same blue square as before. He calculates the time that will they take to arrive there and after a while, he finished his calculation thus thinking about waking up Aleisha.
"Uh... "
His attention turned to Aleisha, it looks like he doesn't need to do that because Aleisha is already awake. She moved left and right for some time before she gets up and then open her eyes.
"Good morning," said Kion with a casual tone.
"Good morning," reply Aleisha.
She looked to Kion for a few seconds, before she was jumping back frightened, and then said with a trembling voice, "yo-you..."
"Come here, I have already prepared the breakfast, eat it immediately because we have to quickly continue the journey," said Kion still in the same casual tone. Somehow he seems doesn't really about the fact that Aleisha now is very frightened with him.
She doesn't listen to what Kion said and instead of closing to him, she moves slowly farther from him.
"I-I have to run!" Think Herself. But when she wants to proceed running, her nose catch a delicious smell. She looked to on bonfire where some skewers meat on the bonfire. Her stomach started rumbling and she started to feel hungry.
When she was still in the Kion cave before, she only eat a little because of what she found and her speculation, She doesn't dare to eat too much. That's why now when delicious food is not far from her, her stomach immediately roars.
Aleisha shook his head to make herself come to her senses and then think in her head, "it is only her plan to make me lower my guard. So when he wanted to eat me, I don't have a chance to run like before."
When she was still deep in her thoughts, Kion pick up some skewers meat and a water bottle then walked to her place.
When Kion is already close to her, Aleisha come back to her sense and then screams, "wha-what do you want?! I warn you! if you want to eat me, I will make you hurt!"
Her source of confidence to hurting Kion is what happen with the giant ghoul not long ago. Even if she doesn't understand what happened, she is sure that because they are evil creatures the effects will be the same.
Kion seems doesn't care about her warning, he still walking to her and when their distance is already close. Kion brandishes food and drink in his hand to her.
She wants to move backward but her stomach is roaring more stronger and because of she can not hold her hunger anymore.
She moves fast grabbed food and drink from Kion hand and then moves back again. Kion doesn't care about her attitude and moving back to the bonfire.
Aleisha who is really starving finishes consuming all the food and drink, but her stomach still doesn't feel enough. She looked at Kion thinking of asking more, but she was afraid to do that. After thinking for a while she braves herself to ask a few things.
"Hey Kion, can I ask you a few things?"
"Sure, what is it?"
"Are you... Not a human?"
