Nausea slammed into her as the world morphed around her. Colors blurred from grey metal and red lights to a soft blue color. The hard metal vanished, replaced with a soft material. It molded around her as she sank into it. Her gaze searched the space, struggling to understand. Instead of the electrified cage, she now sat on the softest bed she'd ever felt. Concern flashed through her as she realized she'd appeared in a bedroom.
Strong hands grasped her shoulders, then a sharp pain stabbed behind her left ear. She pulled away, spinning to counter her attacker. A large, grey humanoid alien stood on the other side of the bed.
