My day at the office was long and boring, and when it was finally closing time, I left to go home.
However, I was stunned when I found Asher leaning against his car outside as though he was waiting for someone. Well, it couldn't be me he was waiting for, right?
I walked past him and headed to my car.
"Hey, wife... Are you mad at me?" I stopped on my track as he hugged me from behind, not minding that people were around.
"Let go of me!" I yanked his hands off and quickly stepped away from him.
"What the hell do you think you are doing?" I snapped at him after I looked around to be sure nobody was watching us.
"What do you mean? What's wrong with hugging my wife?" He pouted his lips and whined, forcing me to scoff.
