Ashley Gustavo POV
A smile formed on my lips as I woke up and stared up at the ceiling. I couldn't get the incident of last night off my head.
I thought I was going to find Asher sleeping beside me on the bed, but I was stunned when I looked over to where he slept last night and didn't find him there.
"Where did he go?" I mumbled as I sat up on the bed tiredly, holding the duvet tightly to my chest to prevent it from falling off and showing my naked self. I was still naked under the duvet.
My legs shook lightly as I dragged myself into the bathroom to freshen up. It took me an hour and a half to get ready for work, and when I was done, I left for the door. I pulled the door open, but found Asher standing with his hand hanging on air. He was about to knock on the door before
