My heart palpitated in my chest.
"Ashley, you are not married to him because you love him. You are together to get your revenge and to be his s*x partner. But isn't it too early for this?" I gave myself every damn reason to stop him and tell him to give me some time, but the more I tried to resist him, the more I became so invested in the kiss. His lips were the sweetest thing I've ever tasted, and damn! No man had ever kissed me the way he did. f**k! I've never been with any other man aside from Ace, so apparently, he was a better kisser than Ace.
