Owen hesitated to answer Philip’s messages at first but then considered it would be suspicious if he didn’t and decided to reply to them…
‘I’m outside, waiting for you? Hm?’ Owen read the message from Philip. Instantly an alarm went off in his head. ‘Did I tell him where I was going? Does he think I’m somewhere else?’ Owen panicked feeling like he’d be caught in a lie if he can’t recall what he last told the man he’s currently dating. He looked through the window of the private room, to see a familiar luxury car who’s owner he knew a tad bit too well.
Meanwhile Mathew got back with the drinks. “So this was the cheapest I could find, hope you like-” He was interrupted by his panicked friend.
