The second rule didn’t lack importance either… It was for Owen to improve Philip’s quality of life. That would mean making Philip go outside more, even try to socialize with other people.
His parents understood that even if Owen were to not be there anymore, they wanted their son Philip to at least be slightly better than he was before meting him.
