“Let’s just hope she really can be trusted…” Owen said in a low mutter. ‘Then yet having someone in the office that knows about Philip’s condition might speed things up significantly…’ While the man was lost in thought his partner walked up to him.
“That was… amazing, I didn’t know you were capable of that…” Philip looked shocked, confused but also rather impressed by the actions of the man he thought was rather gentle.
“Oh that… sorry I went off a bit…” Owen just now realized he’d gotten out of his usual character again, the irritation had gotten the best of him this time around.
“You don’t need to apologize… you helped me out…” Philip said with a smile on his face, he didn’t seem to be conflicted anymore.
‘That’s right… why did I do that?’ Owen couldn’t
