Morning came quickly. The cold wind rushed past Selena’s face as her horse galloped across the forest path leading back to Draka’s kingdom. Dust clouded the air behind her, but she didn’t care. She had only one goal now: Aria. Beside her rode the foolish lycan who had mistakenly taken her from her own kingdom, confusing her with that wretched girl. “You stupid brute,” she snapped, her voice sharp and full of venom. “Not only are you stupid—you’re utterly useless.” The lycan’s face tightened. “It was a mistake.
