I just came from an emergency meeting with the marketing department. On my way to Mason's office, I ran into his parents. Out of courtesy I greeted them and went on with my way to the office.
Not much people know this but Mason and I are friends above our employee boss relationship. Me, Mason and Nathan are childhood friends. I believe out of us three, I take my work more seriously, rather than having my own company, I preferred working for Mason.
I get paid a lot, to the point of being rich and I'm not as busy as him and Nathan.
I walked into the office and sat down on the chair as I said
" Is everything okay? "
"Why wouldn't it be?"
" I just saw your parents, we both know that you and your parents don't get along "
"Don't you have other things to do, like mind your own business and pursuing Daisy"
" Tomorrow you're heading over to the hotel to check up on the preparations for the day after, should I come with you? "
"No, You should finish up your work then head over. By the way Ava Miller doesn't need a hotel room"
" Is she not coming? "
"She is, but she'll be sleeping in my room"
"Aren't you being a little to straight forward with Ava"
"And aren't you being a little to indirect with Daisy?"
"I'll go finish my work boss"
"Run away!"
"Bully" Assistant Lee mumbled on a sour tone
I couldn't help but chuckle
Mason's P.O.V
Cheng Lee is quite easy to get rid of, all you have to do is mention Daisy. I got myself busy going through some files when someone badged into my office.
"Bro! Don't panic just breathe! I'm here for you "
"Did you pick up acting like a total buffoon, as one of your current hobbies?"
" Sigh, that's how I get treated for caring about you. What did your parents want anyway? "
"Cheng Lee can't keep his mouth sealed!Anyway I dealt with them and thar woman already"
"How?"
" I'll tell you and Cheng Lee the good news at the bonfire. Don't you have a company to run? "
"Uhgg, let's not talk about it!" " I've been busy doing work all night, I'm going to the lounge and rest"
Nathan's P.O.V

For some reason when I said that Mason's facial expression stiffen as he said
"My lounge room is off limits"
"Why?" " It's not like there's anyone in there"
Mason got up and walked towards the lounge room and blocked the door.

A smirk graced my face as I said
"oooo! What's in there? Bro! Bro don- don't tell me it's a guy!"
" What! You piece of s**t! " Mason roared in anger
I let out a cheeky laugh as Mason's ears appeared red!
"Wow! I didn't expect that type of reaction!"
"Is this how you handled your parents? "
"Did you tell them you're gay?"
" Are you? "
Mason's P.O.V
I was about to kick Nathan out of my office, when the door behind me suddenly opened.
" What's going on? " a sleepy Ava said
"Damn! Who's the hottie!?"

"Get out Nathan or would you like me to do the honours!"
