Ava stepped off the train and onto the platform, taking a deep breath of the salty air that filled her lungs. The sound of seagulls crying overhead and the gentle rustle of the beach grass in the breeze were a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of city life. She had left it all behind, seeking a fresh start in the charming coastal town of Tidal Cove.
