The Monastery
The next day I woke up, knocked off my exercises and popped one of Elizabeth’s famous allergy pills into my mouth, washing it down with the flavored coffee she brewed for us. We got a little sun by her pool and then drove to Chula Vista to sign our contracts, thus beginning the short and tremendously unsuccessful film career of Edward James, the first and only Method trained porn actor.
After picking up our scripts on Sunday morning, Elizabeth and I split up to go to our respective jobs. She went to Express and I to Denny’s, but we saw each other again the following night at our first read-through. After reading the script I was very excited about the project and seeing Elizabeth each evening was icing on the cake. Farnsworth arranged back to back appointments
