46. Flowers and Joy!

Vann's Point of View.

As usual I worked at the hospital and went back home at the morning today, since I work night time and directly went and sleep.

All tired and having no energy, I instantly fall asleep.

I feel a bit of a weight on my body making me stir in my sleep while I try to shake it off, making whatever is on my body to shriek. And by just hearing the shriek, I instantly know who it is.

Vann(sleepy): Hey Tilbe, why are you doing here. That too, so early.

I yawn and hold her steady while slightly openinh my eye, still a bit sleepy.

Tilbe: It's one in the afternoon, what do you mean early?

Shock, I quickly look at the watch and truly it is one. And when I stare towards the window, it indeed is very much noon by now. I slept at about six in the morning, wow I have been sleeping for quite some times now.

Tilbe: And yes, I came because I miss you. I haven't seen you in a long long time.

I chuckled as she said that and kiss her soft cheeks. And she is exaggerating, we meet just yesterday.

But nonetheless, Iam not complaining or anything like that.

Vann: I miss you too.

She smile down at me when I said that, by the way she is sleeping on me, her feet lifted up by the back.

Tilbe: Oh, also where is everyone? Sis Ri is not here and even Aunt Mia and Uncle Jace. I come especially to meet them but they are not here.

And she give a dramatic pout at the end while I just smile looking at her.

Vann: Iam not sure where they are, I came at morning from the hospital and went straight to bed.

She nod in understanding, me coming at morning is not really a rare happening anyway.

Vann: But didn't you say, you came because you miss me? How come it changed?

She smile her cheeky smile which I love so much, making me smile unconciously as well.

Tilbe: Well I miss you too, and that is one reason I came but aunt and uncle; I haven't seen them in so long so I think this time, I miss them more. So let's say they are the bigger part of the reason of my arrival.

I shake my head in disbelieve at her explanation while she just giggle at my action.

Vann: Well let me just go and wash up and then, we will go on a hunt of mom and dad. What say?

She nod happily at that, but don't make any move to get up from me.

So I just lift her and seated her by my bed, making her squeal ans laugh about in giddiness making my heart flutter by her sweet laughter.

Vann: Be here, I'll be quick.

She nod her head at that, sitting cutely crossed leg swallowed in by my huge blanket. While I hand her the nut jar kept at my table, which she take happily.

She love snacking around all the time, but is the type who never take much at one sitting.

Anyway with that I went to the bathrooms and do my business. I tried to finished quickly and went out becoming a bit fresher and of course now the sleep is completely gone.

While Tilbe is still there munching on a nut while trying to break the pot of one peanut making me chuckle at how cute she look when she is this concentrated.

Vann: Want me to help?

Tilbe: Yes please.

And she gave me the nut while I open it easily making her looked at me in amazement.

Its nothing special but with how clumsy she is, it is something for her.

Vann: Then shall we go search for your beloved aunt and uncle.

She nod happily at that and get up quickly and quickly sit down again making me a but surprised as well.

Tilbe: Ah head rush!

I sigh in relief as she said that. With her health condition, fainting here and there; even when she look all fine is not really a rare happening but is always a surprise that make my heart skip a few beat in worries and fear.

Tilbe: Okay, now Iam fine. Let's go.

And she get up again, a bit slower this time while I take her hand just in case.

Tilbe: Ohh I have a present for Aunt Mia.

And she rush towards the table kept by the extreme right corner and take the beautiful brightly blooming orchid. How I didn't see such a bright thing there before is beyond me, but then maybe I really was very sleepy.

Tilbe: Aunt Mia always wanted to have a lavender orchid which she fail to grow, and I finally have it.

I smile at that, what a coincidence, cause lavender orchids are often used as gifts for mother cause it represent grace, elegance and the feminine of one's beauty.

Vann: It really is a perfect gift.

Tilbe: Hehe, Iam glad. Iam sure aunt Mia will love it.

Vann: Iam sure she will. Now lets go.

She nod at that and tightly holding one pot while I hold the other six, we went out.

Oh yes, she did not just bring one. She bring ten actually but I could not hold all and she is allowed to hold only one, for the safety of the flowers actually. So we left three at my room and went with the other seven.

Like that we went down the stairs, and when we reach mom and dad were coming in as well, mom carrying a small bamboo basket which can be carried by the back.

While when Tilbe see them, she quickly turn to me and shove the pot she was holding to me and literally fly towards them.

Tilbe: Uncle Jace, Aunt Mia! I miss you guys so much!!!

And she hug them at the same time, her hand covering everything she could. While both mom and dad chuckled at her antics ans hug her back as well. While I do my best not to break any pot and place some down carefully

Mom:We miss you too Tilbe, so much.

She smile at her when she said that while looking at dad who looked at her confused.

Tilbe: How come you are saying nothing, did you not miss me Uncle Jace?

She pout her lips cutely and dramatically while dad looked at her in a fake hurt manner and put his hand on her heart all ready to act. While I sigh in advance for their drama.

Dad: How can you even think that of me little one, you dont know how much I miss you and hurt while thinking of you all the days Iam gone. I think you of evey second Iam gone and while doing so my heart always ache.

Tilbe smile sweetly at that and then burst out laughing looking at the overdramatic face dad make making me chuckle along as well. While dad laugh with Tilbe and mom just observe them from the sight completely amused by their drama.

Mom: But what is with all the flower?

When mom said that, Tilbe quickly come to me and take the flower she gave me before running to mom and dad. And once again rush towards them again who were by now seated.

Tilbe: This is a gift fir you aunt, it's the lavender flower you wanted before.

Mom take the pot and look at the flower with happy eye.

Mom: Thank you so much Mia, I have been dying to have this for a while now. But it's so hard to grow, I don't know why I always fail. Thank you.

Tilbe smile at mom when she said that while mom did the same.

Tilbe: Welco..., wait, I smell mushroom!

What?

Mom: You and your crazy love for mushroom. I just went to the backside forest, to pick some mushrooms.

She brought out the basket she was holding before and show her that which is completely filled with different type of mushroom to the prim.

Seriously what is with my sight tody, how did I not see such a big thing before.

Dad: Well you are in good luck little one. Since we have your all time favourite here, why don't we roast some with the chicken I marinate before and enjoy some barbecue.

Tilbe nod happily at that.

Tilbe: It's like you know I was coming, you have prepared all my favourite.

Well they kind of knew she was coming so they did prepared. Yes, all my family love Tilbe.

Since she did not come to meet them yesterday, they were quite sure she will be here today and look, here she is.

Dad: Well it's your Uncle Jace we are talking about, when was I ever not prepared when my little one visit.

She nod agreeing eagerly at that.

Dad: Then shall we go and get this mushroom prepared?

Tilbe: Let's go.

And with that, with both of them carrying the small basket they went towards the kitchen while mom laugh at their antics looking at their back.

Mom: They really are a father and daughter. They want to do everything together.

I smile at that and went towards mom, softly massaging her shoulder like I always do whenever.

Vann: She bring a lot of the flower, there are about three more in my room.

Mom chuckled when I said that.

Mom: What will I do with Tilbe, she is way too sweet and let's not go to her cuteness.

And she sigh as if talking about something quite serious, but then again, Tilbe cuteness is not something to kid about.

Mom: Where is Heri?

Vann: Iam not sure, I just woke up when Tilbe came and she was not here. Maybe she went to the library.

Mom nod at that.

Mom: All my kids are always working all the time, I think I should have taught you to be more lazy when you guys were younger.

She looked up at me, her light grey eye sparkling joyfully making me smile as well.

Vann: Well Tilbe always said she will be the breadwinner of our family, so I think I can be jobless and it will be fine.

She chuckled when I said that, but then whip up her head quickly comprehending what I just said.

Mom: Oh boy, does this mean you guys are finally together? Like lovers, couples GIRLFRIEND AND BOYFRIEND.

Vann: Yes, but mom calm down..

She stand up making me stop what I was saying, a bit startled.

Mom: Finally, you guys are together! Like finally, like it will have kill you guys to get together any quicker.

I looked at mom in disbelieve when she said that while she rush away towards the kitchen making me wish I would have done it in a different manner.

Tilbe is in for a scream.

Mom(screaming): Tilbe!!!!

I flinched at how loud her voice is but nonetheless went towards the kitchen ready for the shouting and enjoying mom and dad will do. And Iam very very certain Tilbe will join in as well.
