When I got back home, I stopped short at the sight of a familiar black SUV parked in the driveway. My stomach twisted. Rachel. For a moment, I considered turning around and heading back to the cemetery, but then I remembered how pleasant Rachel had been the last time we met, even if it did trigger the start of all of my mess. Something about seeing her here, now, made me uneasy. I didn't want to deal with any of this, but what better time than now to tell both Rachel and Renna what I’d decided?
