DEXTERA After making sure I was fine, Roxanne left, promising to return later in the day. I remained alone in the room with Deucalion. At first, I assumed he was only there on Alpha Thor’s orders, watching me and making sure I didn’t attempt anything reckless or wander into places I wasn’t meant to be in this unfamiliar pack.
