“Did you just ask me that?” Freya cackled in a mocking tone. “Did you just ask if I hate you?”
She took a step closer to me, daring me to repeat my question.
“I’m not a coward who would have her mouth shut in the face of injustice.” I replied boldly. “So yes. You heard me right. And it would be nice you answer me now.”
“You never cease to amaze me, monster.” No doubt, she wouldn’t let me have the last word and I was ready for her.
“I’ve amazed everyone all my life, it’s not new.” I retorted sharply. “Now, honour yourself by answering me or you won’t have the chance again.”
