Alinta woke up in a bright baby-blue room that she did not recognise. As she looked around to assess her surroundings, she noticed there were no windows or lights, yet the space was bright, warm and comforting. Her emotions felt foreign, her sadness seemed to be dulled, yet replaced by something unfamiliar however not unpleasant. It was strangely... nice, inducing the notion to let her guard down as it felt almost dreamlike.
Carefully, she got out of bed and realised she was wearing a plain silk white nightdress that was short-sleeved and reached above her knees. As she took a step, she noticed she was not wearing any underwear. Instead of panicking, she felt fine with it, still focused on this new emotion and sensation.
