Ch.3 My Lovely Club

“Here, let me see,” he said grabbing the phone.
“Wait, hey, give it back,” she said reaching for her phone.
“There,” he said handing the phone back down to her, “See you around!”
Ming looked at her phone and saw he had created a new contact. She blushed and walked out of the room.
(In the hallway)
Ming caught up with the other girls. “Hey, did you guys see what time their club is,” Leila asked.
“Yeah, I saw on their poster the other day,” Sonia said, “It starts at eight.”
“Nice,” Leila said, “Oh, I got to go head to my business class!”
“Alright see you later, Leila,” Ming said, waving bye.
“Bye Leila,” Kari and Sonia said waving.
“Oh, I’ve got to go pick up my laptop and head to my tech class,” Sonia said.
“Have fun,” the two girls said waving bye.
“Well,” Ming started to mention, “let’s head to our childcare class, Kari.”
“Yeah, let’s go,” she said as they headed down the hall.
(In childcare class)
“Good afternoon class,” the teacher said.
“Good afternoon, Mrs. Tia,” the students greeted.
“Today will be a study day since I must head to a meeting, so I would like everyone to study for your tests coming up this Thursday,” she said as she left the classroom.
“Yes, no teacher today,” Kari said excitedly.
“We still have to study,” Ming said getting out her book.
“Why would you study while the teachers gone,” said someone sitting in front of them.
“Hey Zack, what’s up,” Kari said smiling.
“Nothing much, what about you guys,” he said grinning.
“Trying to study,” Ming said jokingly.
“Why are you always so cruel to me,” he said frowning.
They all laughed. “Yes, so cruel,” Ming said sarcastically, “you better study if you want better grades.”
“I guess I’ll have to study if the Queen tells me to,” he said turning himself back around in his seat.
“Aww, no fun,” Kari said.
“Come on, let’s study,” Ming smiled.
They both laughed and continued to study their materials.
(Later when the bell rings)
“Yay,” Kari said happily, “Lunch time!”
“Let’s go,” Ming said gathering her stuff, “See you around, Zack.”
“See you,” he said back grabbing his backpack and leaving the other way.
“What should we have for lunch,” Kari asked Ming.
“I’m not sure,” She replied back, “should we see what they have in the cafeteria today?”
“Sure, I’ll text the others,” Kari said.
(In the cafeteria)
“Hey guys,” Sonia said.
“Hey, you two,” Ming said waving.
“Let’s go,” Leila said.
The girls got food and chose a table to eat at. “Mind if we join you girls,” said Rai smiling. Masaki popped out beside him, smiling.
“Sure, go ahead,” Sonia said, continuing to eat.
“So, I didn’t really get to ask more about it the other day but what is your club about,” Leila asked.
“Well, technically we don’t have a plan but it’s going to be super cool,” Masaki said with passion.
“Wow, yeah, no plan,” Ming said sarcastically, “Sounds fun.”
“Well, we may not have a big plan, but we do know we want to explore the unknown,” Rai said passionately. Rai and Masaki looked at each other and nodded in unison.
“Basically, what these two idiots are saying is they just want some scared girls to join so they can comfort them,” Vix explained.
“Oh no, don’t give away their plan,” Xin said sarcastically, “We might have to cancel the club if we don’t get members.”
“Oh no, we wouldn’t want that,” Vix went along.
“Hey, you guys,” Rai whined.
“Not cool,” Masaki said.
Vix and Xin laughed. “Aww, come on, don’t hurt their spirit,” Kari said.
They enjoyed the rest of their lunch and continued with the rest of their day.
(Later with the boys/ 7:30 p.m.)
“Okay, I think that’s everything,” Vix said, checking over the list.
“Now to hope that we get some more hot girls to join,” Masaki said, “I wonder if those four girls will come?”
“I bet not only us, but someone else would like that,” Rai said glancing over at Xin, who was sitting in a chair on his phone.
Xin looked at Rai and then went back to his phone. Rai gasped, “What is more important than me, have I disturbed the King?”
Rai went over to Xin and looked over his shoulder. “Who is ‘Little Mouse’,” Rai asked looking at Xin with a sneaky smile. Rai took Xin’s phone and ran behind Vix.
“Hey, don’t include me in this,” Vix sighed.
“Come on, don’t act like you don’t want to know,” Rai said.
“Rai, give me back my phone,” Xin said putting his hand out.
“You’re no fun,” Rai said handing it back.
Xin hit the call button and put it on speakerphone, “I want to call her first.”
“Oooooh,” Rai said laughing.
“Who’s ‘Oppa’,” Sonia said looking at Ming’s phone as it rang.
“I have no clue,” Ming said embarrassed.
“Well, answer it, I’m curious,” Kari said looking at Ming. The girls all watched as Ming answered.
“Hello?” Ming answered.
“What,” Rai said, “It’s that girl?!”
“What was her name,” Masaki asked.
“Her name is Ming, I believe,” Vix said.
“Huh, it’s the guys from the club,” Leila said listening to the conversation.
“You’re right,” Sonia said looking at Leila.
“Can you guys back up, I’ll put it on speaker,” Ming said pushing them off her shoulders.
“Can you hear us now,” Sonia asked loudly.
“Yep, loud and clear,” Rai yelled back.
“So, that’s what you did,” Ming said thinking back.
The girls looked at her confused and just shrugged their shoulders.
“Are you coming to the club,” Xin asked firmly.
“Ah, the King talks finally,” Vix said.
“Yeah, we’re on our way,” Ming said.
“Good,” Xin said and hung up on her.
“That was weird,” Ming said as she put up her phone and looked up, “Why are you all looking at me?”
They all laughed, and Ming blushed, “Whatever let’s go!”
The girls giggled and headed to the club.
“Andddd,” Leila said opening the door wide, “We’re here!”
Xin and Ming looked at each other.
“Great, let’s get started,” Vix said.
