Peter looked at her in shock as he held his face, still in disbelief at her action.
“Now, if you will excuse me. I need to leave.” Ria had something more urgent to do. She needed to report to her Alpha and though she was rest assured that Jake and Eden would forget all that happened tonight, it didn't she didn't have to take a few measures.
She also wasn't surprised that Peter didn't know about the mission, or else he wouldn't be keeping her here this way. Jorjette liked to accord them tasks that may or may not involve both of them together.
She dashed toward the door but Peter dragged her back.
