Jorjette’s Pov
As I walked out of the room, I turned to walk down the hallway but then I saw Roman leaning on the wall. His eyes were closed. I stood there for a few seconds looking at him and he opened his eyes.
“Come here…” He whispered and immediately I ran into his arms.
He took me and together we walked down to my bedroom. As soon as we got in behind the door, he embraced me so tight, his warmth radiated all through my body.
“You heard everything, right?” I asked.
“Yes, I did. And you don't have to prove yourself to them. As long as you are by my side, no one can harm you or bring you down.” He said to me with a reassuring tone, making me smile widely.
He meant well but I knew I still had to come to terms with the women, one way or the other.
