As soon as I uttered those words, I gasped and I could see Roman’s eyes dim and his face hardened. I was quick to turn my face away from him, looking out of the window. I was embarrassed and full of regret that I said those words to him. He just stood up for me and I was already being rude to him.
I glanced at him to see him relaxed in the car seat, however, his eyes were closed and his head was on the headrest. I could see his throat bobbing and weirdly, his neck was so attractive to me. I looked at the spot where a mark was supposed to be and I swallowed.
