Jorjette’s POV
“Do you like what you see?” Roman asked, putting his arm around my shoulder.
I took a while before I answered his question as I looked around. Though all we could see was just a vast road and trees, the nature of the streets and the ambiance in the air were way different from that in the supernatural world.
“It's nice,” I commented. I realized there was a lot to learn in the human world. Aside from what I was there to do, I would make sure to take back home a lot of knowledge with me.
“Let’s leave. We have a long way to go.” Roman instructed and led me to our car. Everyone else got in and we drove off on the road. For an hour, all we continued to see was trees, and with no one in sight.
“Where are we going?” I asked curiously. “Is the human world devoid of people?” F
