" She is fine."

Zac's POV...

"She fainted! She fainted on my arms!!..." I said while wondering what happened to her.

"I wasn't there for her when she needed me the most. I wasn't there to help. Now look to what happened. I am the one to blame." I said to Zoe, Lexi's best friend with tears in my eyes.

I rushed Lexi to the hospital and had to call her mom and her best friend. They were all worried and they came in a hurry at the hospital.

I was all nervous. I was just roaming around the hospital. Walking here and there while thinking about my soul mate.

" Are you Lexi's mom?...Monica?" the doctor asked Lexi's mother.

After hearing the doctor saying "Lexi", I walked near him and wait for whatever he was going to say.

" Yes, it's me." Lexi's mom replied with one of her hand on the head looking at the doctor with a very sad face.

" Lexi is fine. Please do not worry. It looks like she had some news that had made her unconscious. The cold also caused it." The doctor said.

" She had some news? What news? Did somebody...." I said in an angry tone thinking of whatever she heard that made her that way. But before I could finish to talk the doctor interrupted me.

" Boy, you are at a hospital. Show some respect. Lexi is fine. I don't know anybody or anything of what she heard." The doctor said to me.

" Okay. Can I go see her now?. I asked the doctor in a normal voice.

" Yes, you can.... Also, she has to take some anxiety pills to make her feel better." The doctor insisted.

" Thank you doctor." Monica said.

Monica is Lexi's mother. She is a single mother. Living alone with her only child Lexi. Lexi is the only thing she has.

" You can go see her first." Monica said to me and went to have a sit. Zoe followed her and they sat together at the bench.

I went straight to the room where my love was in. I touched the doorknob and opened the door gently.

There she was, my lifeline. I got closer to her and kissed her forehead.

" Hey babe. how are you feeling?" I asked in a very gentle way while taking a sit beside her.

She looked at me then said, " I am fine Zac. Very fine." She then provided a weak smile.

" You will get better darling. Am always here for you." I told her while holding her hand.

" Uhh... I just said am fine!. Didn't you get me?" Lexi asked while trying to look strong.

" You are still stubborn Lexi. We were all worried you know. Your mom and Zoe are outside." I told her looking at her face.

" I gotta go. I don't want them to worry about me." Lexi said while trying to take herself off the bed.

" Hey....! you can't stand or go anywhere, you need to rest. " I said stopping her from doing what she was thinking.

" Okay. I will try to stay calm on this bed for another 10 minutes." She says then rolls her eyes.

" Let me go call your mom and Zoe now." I said as I got up.

Lexi stops me and pulls me close to her. She then whispers, " I want you babe now than ever."

I smile and ask her, " What are you trying to do now miss?."

She grabs my shirt and places her lips over mine. She kisses me as she always does. In a smooth and gentle way. She rubs her tongue with mine. She touches my neck and hair in a seductive way as she kisses me.

"I can't resist no more. I want her too than ever. " I told myself.

I kiss her back. I kiss her while playing with her boobs. We forget ourselves. We forgot that we are in a hospital room. She gets more wild. She was about to unzip my pants but Zoe came in to interfere our romantic moment.

" Jeez! you guys are crazy.. You making out in a hospital bed?" Zoe shouts with her hands on her eyes trying not to look at us.

" Shhh!!! don't shout!." Lexi tells her.

" But you were...." Zoe says but I interrupt her before she finishes her sentence.

" I was checking her pulse rate." I tell her as I get off Lexi's chest.

" Pulse rate my ass!" Zoe says then laughs.

" Okay love birds am going to call aunt Monica to come in. She asked me to come check on you. I think she knows that you are a beast." Zoe says then looks at me as she refers me as the beast.

I just smile and look at Lexi.

" f**k! she did ruin this moment." I cursed Zoe on my head as I looked at my love on the bed with that beautiful face of hers.

Zoe goes out and comes back in after few seconds with Monica.

Monica hugs her daughter and kisses her. She cries and tells Lexi of how much she loves her and that she was very worried.

After the Mother and daughter chit chat we were allowed to get Lexi back home..

We went back to Lexi's home and I took Lexi up to her room.

" Now I need you to tell me everything." I told Lexi as she was sitting on her bed.

" Tell you what? " She asks.

" What you heard and made you unconscious" I replied.

" I got fired." She says in a breaking voice while looking down on the floor.

I went close to her and hugged her.

" It's okay babe. You are going to get another." I told her as I caressed her back.

" Another? where am I going to get another job? You know how I suffered getting this one?" She says while crying right now.

" Don't cry please. I will help you find another. I promise you. I know you need a part time job. And I will find you one. Don't stress too much about it. Okay?!" I said trying to calm her down.

" Okay." She replies then hugs me tighter.

We then stay in her room watching the Riverdale series and compliment Jughead and betty's love.

After watching the series we laid on the bed with our backs while looking at the ceiling.

" I am sorry I wasn't there for you." I tell Lexi.

" I am glad you weren't. Though I am glad you came afterwards." She says then looks at me.

" I was very scared Lexi. I thought you left me." I said with a worried face.

" Well, I am here now. And am all yours." Lexi says then turns around, making her lie on her side.

" You still want me now than ever?." I ask her.

" I want you always." She replies then gets on top of me.

I just smile and hold her waist.

" Please stay with me tonight. Let us sleep together. I promise I won't sleep badly. I won't snore too." She says then snores like a pig.

I laugh then rub her nose with my finger tips.

" I will stay but.... I will wake up early." I tell her.

" Thanks. I love you Dear Zac" She smiles then bites my lips.

" Wait first. What about your mom?" I ask her.

" She is probably fine with anything that will keep me safe. She is sleeping by now. Don't worry." She assures me.

I smile and we cuddled. I raised my hand and switched off the lights.

"Lexi, am glad you are fine." I tell Lexi and pull her even closer.

" I am better with you." She says.

We kiss and whispered good night to each other.

We slept.
