CHAPTER 7 Alena POV It’s just a normal Sunday and yet the apartment feels alien to me. When I went to bed yesterday night it was just past eight. I felt frustrated that I was too scared to go get a glass of water. Patrick holds me and snores softly in my ear. My mind and heart is finally silent after hours of smothering me. So I listened to how Evander showered and talked to some people on his phone. Most of the calls were about meetings and I could barely hear a thing. I kind of felt like a stalker.
