TILLY I spent the rest of the day exploring the island despite the bitterly cold air and snowflakes dancing in the gusts of wind. If I would remain on this island indefinitely, then it would be better to explore and memorize the terrain. Cheeks stinging from the cold, I shoved my hands deep inside the fur-lined pockets of my heavy coat as I hiked around the rocky coastline. In all directions, the choppy and emerald sea seamlessly blended with the cerulean horizon tinged with dark gray clouds gathering in the distance.
