Taking a deep breath, I held Nigel closer to me and looked up at Omega Man. “Thank you, Omega Man. I—” Omega Man, however, suddenly tilted and fell over onto his side. He just barely avoided falling onto Nigel and me, causing us to scramble to avoid getting crushed by his weight. “Omega Man?” said Nigel, looking at Omega Man fearfully. “Omega Man, are you okay? Omega Man?” Omega Man groaned. He rolled onto his stomach, allowing us to see his back. Or what was left of it. It was a b****y, burned mess. The entire backside of his costume had been burned off, as well as a good chunk of his skin.
