When Lilly came out of the Alpha and luna suite in the pack house, I was there waiting for her.
Hoping the luna was alright.
As the door slid closed I caught a glimpse of Lorna, awake and sitting up in bed. Such a force of relief floored me.
I pulled Lilly in to my arms, grateful for so many things. For her skill, for her knowledge, for her determination and for her presence. I heard discussions while we were camped out at the pack hospital initially, many of the doctors there would not have gone to the lengths that she did. That issue needs dealing with at a later date with Lillys help.
She has been different lately, I observe her every move but where before she looked at me with a small amount of hope, now her expression is guarded and resigned. I fear she has finally
