(Jake’s pov)
“Ok baby let’s go”
I take Kate’s hand and head out the back door to the garden it’s beautiful every kind of flower is blooming now that it’s spring. I walk her to the little gazebo that is right in the middle. I take the basket and pull out a blanket and start to place all the food on it. Once I’m done I pull Kate into my lap and start feeding her strawberries, then her sandwich.
“Are you full sweetheart?”
“Yes thank you that was really good”
“Let’s play a game I want to know every single thing about you so I’ll ask a question then you ask a question.”
“Oh good idea you go first.”
“Favorite color?”
“Blush pink and sunrise colors if that counts.”
“What about you?”
“Blue like your eyes.”
“Haha ok um favorite food?”
“Lasagna, what about you baby?”
