Chapter One: The Beginning

Hi my name is Starry. I'm a powerful wolf that hide from my family. They don't know that I have my wolf yet. Here I'll explain everything.
When I was 13 years old I got my wolf early. I hid in the woods where I always do to get away from my daily beatings. The pain I felt when I transformed was indescribable that some may say that "I'm dying". When I am home I get beat for no reason. It's been hard on me and my wolf but thankfully I heal quickly.
Now we will get to see what it's like at school.
I walk to the school through the forest since I have no car or anything. The walk is normal, quiet and all nature sounds going around it except something changed. The smell in the air is so lightening that I almost want to follow it but I'm about to be late to school on how slow I'm walking but I see a big wolf just lingering around the tree that I hide in. I just stood there and watched him. So fluffy with black fur and a white spot on his chest. I stepped a bit closer to see but the scent of fresh fallen leaves and the scent he was giving off smelled so delightful. He smelled of the ocean instead of salty it was like fresh air.
"Mate" Starry called out.
The wolf looked startled.
My eyes turned blue as midnight came out to say hi.
I turned quickly to the school although I was too slow I was tackled by the wolf, the scent he gave off was so strong.
Zak POV
I was taking my run through the woods but this time something changed, the smell was so intoxicating it made my mouth water. It smelled so sweet like chocolate but with a hint of mint. I followed it and turned out for it to be Starry. I wish she knew how beautiful she was.
Starry POV
He startled me when he did and he shifted back to his human form. I blushed and covered my face as I am still a virgin.
"mate" a low growl came from him which only made it worse in a good way though.
He is so handsome with his blonde hair and pearl blue eyes. I felt like I was heaven. But it was too late the school bell rang and I quickly pushed him off and ran to the school shaking all the leaves off of me while I'm at it.
"Thank god he didnt come with midnight"
I said to midnight.
"I wouldn't mind skipping school for that sexy man" she says while teasing me about it.
I pushed her in the back of my mind because I dont need to think about that right now. I made it to my locker and quickly went to close only for that smell to come back and hit me in the face. I looked around quietly and he was fully clothed and right next to my seat.
"Your late Starry do have an excuse?" Mr.Wilson said. I found myself panicking and couldn't get a word out until the man sitting next to my seat said, "She was with me. I made her late." My jaw dropped slightly and looked at him and looked at Mr.Wilson. The class just looked at me with hatred because it turned out he was the alpha of the red moon pack.
I quickly took my seat trying to avoid the stares but it's not working. The class went on only for him to write his name, that I already knew, on my hand. A few growls came my way but my mate growled back. They all went quiet. I found myself smiling. " My name is Zak. We need to talk after school." He said to me. But we all know the answer as to why or so I thought.
After school was over everyone left me alone but I knew once I got home I would be called names and beaten until I cant stand anymore.
As I was in my thoughts someone grabbed my arm and pulled me somewhere closed off from people. that's when I realized the smell it was my mate."if you dont mate him I will Starry" midnight said to me. I just rolled my eyes and realized I just fugded up. I slowly look at his eyes with shock on his face.
"You have your wolf?" Zak said.
"I need to see her wolf NOW" Zak's wolf said. "would you stop for 5 minutes my dude" His wolf just growled and went into the back of his mind.
I looked at him softly while his eyes glazed over. He was so cute that I could stay like this all the time just staring.
