Three weeks later, after we had spent a full month more than we had planned to spend, we had finally achieved some form of stability and now we could go back to Silver Moon, much to Dylan’s excitement. He missed his friends and family and I understood that. I was going to miss mine here at Green Day. Asides from Kelly, I hadn’t made any friends, but there were people I recognised who always went out of their way to speak to me and check up on me. Both the people my age and those that were older. I could feel their genuine care and it made me feel cherished and happy. “I’m going to miss you,” I told Kelly sincerely. “It’ll be quite impossible for you not to,” She grinned cheekily at me. “I know I’m awesome. I’ll miss you more either way,” She said. "I’ll miss you the most,” I retorted.
