Ever since I talked to Maya about Alistair, my view has changed about everything. I did think that, now that I don’t have anything, falling in love was going to be a huge thing for me. I was going to completely rely on this one person. But now that she made me focus on myself, I wonder why it is such a huge thing? People fall in love all the time and their hearts get broken all the time. I am young and I will face it many times as well. Besides, who told me that I needed to rely on him all my life? If I work hard, one day I will support myself and him. And even if I lose him, I already have nothing.
