The next monster had arrived, or should I say monsters. Swarms of flying ghouls circled above the towns in the kingdoms. They couldn't land or get in the magical force field keeping them out. But they flew above looking down on us all and hs guards were back surrounding the walls. Trapped from the sides and trapped from above.
" Dark witches " Darius stated, looking towards the walls of the kingdom, his enhanced eyesight giving him the ability to see further than most. I looked in the direction he was looking in. We were standing just outside the main castle. Miles away from the walls. I used magic to make it so that my sight was enhanced too, and I watched as hundreds of witches came from the woods. They had cloaks on their hoods up to cover their faces.
