This day began a new chapter for me. I now was studying under one of the greatest doctors of all time. It didn't take me long to figure out I was in for some rough times. She expected nothing but the best from me. My first lesson was her terminology. She used words I had never heard of.
"Bella, your first assignment this morning is to find the meaning of these six words used in the OR. I will give you two hours to complete the assignment. "Dr. Hanna handed me a paper.
"Yes, Dr. Hanna." I replied, but my heat was in my throat. There were three words I knew from listening to my father, but the other three were way out of my league. I filled in what I knew and went to work on the other three. Time seemed to go by like a ticking time bomb. Two words I found pretty fast on my laptop,
