Oh, that alarm ringing drove my ears crazy. Why were they so sensitive this morning? Maybe because I spent part of the night sick? Falling out of bed, I made my way to the shower. The warm water felt so good. Standing there made all my aches and pains disappear. Laying my head against the shower wall, I wanted to stay there forever.
SURGERY! Popped in my head. Get moving, Bella, I thought to myself. Fumbling out of the shower, I pulled some clothes from the closet. OK, I think I ate too much of Matt's cooking. My pants feel a little tight. That's it, diet time. I was thinking as I grabbed my coat and headed to Dr. Hamnas room. Walking in these hallways of the private rooms was like walking into a freezer. I guess they figured if it's cold, we move faster.
