(Sanai's p.o.v) Sunday/ 10:30 am - Monroe Reliance Insurance Company I knocked on the office door, smoothing out my dress and fixing my hair. Sheesh, it was just an interview... I could hear footsteps and talking from the other end. A woman in a decent shirt and skirt holding a clipboard had opened the door, she had looked at me scrunching up her face. I could already tell this was going to be a hell of a roller coaster. "Sanai Montes correct?" she asked, I nodded my head slowly. I fidgeted with my fingers while observing the woman who was scanning the clipboard in her hand. She was about an inch taller than me, her hair was silky and straightened, it fell all the way down to her shoulders, she wore gold hoop earrings that flashed a specks of light when a bit of sunlight had gotten on them. She had cleared her throat and I had put my attention back on her. "Follow me please..." She replied with her heels creating a clicking ambience down the hallway. I had followed behind her. She walked rather fast, I almost thought I would get lost if I didn't keep my eye on her. She stopped in front of a door knocking on it quickly. "Morris the gal is here" she snickered, shooting me a strange look. The door opened and there was Deja who had an exasperated look on her face. The woman had motioned me to follow her into the office. "Hey Sanai." Morris replied, sitting directly on the desk. "Are you seriously going to hire her...?" The woman beside me muttered. "I appreciate you for bringing her down Liv, I think you should head out." Deja responded in a pretty bitter tone. Liv had nodded her head, she rolled her eyes turning leaving the room, I can still hear the tapping of her heels down the hall. "Sorry about that, anyways let's get started..." Deja had turned and grabbed a tablet and handed it to me. "Wait." I paused holding it in my hand like it was a prized possession. "No questions?" "Nope" "No background checks?" "That's already been done." She grinned, standing up and walking to the other side of the room. "So that's it?" She had pressed a button on the phone waiting for the other line to pick up.' "Hi, Sean, can you come down real quick?" she spoke. There was muffling from the other end but I'm guessing he agreed. A couple minutes had gone by, a man had walked in holding a tablet himself. "You called?" he remarked while Deja nodded. "Please show our newest member how to operate the tablet and give her a couple of tasks, let me know how she does later on today." Deja added turning away from the two of us. The guy had nodded her head and motioned me to follow him outside the office. I really wanted to stay there the whole time, but of course that's not gonna happen. Sean had walked me around the entire building showing me the different offices and sections. He sure talked an awful lot. "And here's the department you'll be operating in" He pushed open the door and there were rows of desks and chairs, a couple of people sitting and typing away on computers. I looked back at him and he smiled. "Did you enjoy the tour?" He asked with a foolish smile spreading across his face. I shrugged. "I suppose so?" "Good, good to know there's more to explore but that's the basics, we should take you back to Deja, just to see if she needs you to do anything else, if not I'd say you're in pretty good shape." He stated lastly. will he shut up. The two of us had continued to walk down the hallway but heard a familiar shouting from a conference room. "I told you yesterday! Not today!" The voice sounded like Deja's lordy. The door to her office had opened and another guy had walked out with an odd look on his face, it almost looked like a warning. Sean and I had approached the door and Deja Looked up. "Ms Morris...? The tour is complete..." She looked at the two of us with a sigh. "Great, get out..." Well that was one way to 'shoo' people away, but the tone she said it in sensed an energy I didn't want to be associated with. Since I didn't want to further her bad side I decided to just leave accepting the rough talk from her. Sean had shut the door behind him and proceeded to walk with me. "Sorry about her, I mean she's cool, but the temper is crazy..." He said while I chuckled, nodding my head. "First time I met her, I couldn't even tell if she had one of those" I looked over at him, he shoved his hands into his pockets laughing a bit. "I guess her emotions don't directly show on her face, do they now?" He stated. "Say, you wanna maybe stop by the cafe later? Grab a bite? During lunch?" I rubbed the back of my neck thinking for a moment. "Sure I wouldn't mind that." "Great, meet me by the lobby later on, we'll walk together" He smiled and started walking off by himself. "Yup...aha see you then..." haha...what the hell did I just get into...
