It was business as usual. Tynan arrived on time and tied his apron in place before starting his shift. The meatball manager was nowhere in sight and Laura wasn't accompanying him. Time passed very slowly that day while Tynan restocked, cleaned and tended the cash register. He could be seen checking his phone frequently and Roy noticed it but didn't say anything.
