I blushed the rest of the way to my dorm.
When I reached to the door of the dorm, Zeke was waiting for me.
"Your mom went to get food." He smiled at me warmly and ran his eyes along my body. He reached out and pulled me close to him.
"So delicate..." He groaned against my ear. I blushed deeply and turned to him.
"L-look," I started, all traces of my confidence were gone, due to his left hand that rested right above my ass. "I don't r-really know you. L-like at all. So I would really appreciate you n-not treating me like I'm your pet or something, you know?"
"My pet?" He lifted an eyebrow. He groaned and pressed me closer to him. "Oh god, that's hot. I just imagined you kneeling on the ground in front of me wearing nothing but a collar, looking up at me with those innocent eyes of yours."
I gasped softly, completely shocked by his overtly dirty comment. I knew I was blushing scarlet, and I couldn't meet his eyes.
"Oh baby, don't get all shy. Look at me, bunny." He spoke softly, and gently grasped my chin to tilt my face towards him.
I slowly trailed my eyes to meet his and was once again mesmerized by their unusual color.
"Hey there," He whispered softly, "Sorry that I was so blunt, baby. I have a tendency to be like that. Tell you what, I'm gonna try and not fantasize about you so that we can get you settled in." He nuzzled my neck and stepped back. "Why don't we go unpack your room before I'm tempted to take your innocence? Then I can show you around campus." I nodded in agreement, eager to take a look at where I was going to be living, and to distract him from his overactive s*x drive.
"What's your room number, bunny?"
"Please don't call me that. Seriously, I met you like fifteen minutes ago and you've already given me a pet name and openly fantasized about me."
"Please, little bunny. Baby. Oh, sweetheart. Please please please don't say the word 'pet' again, or I swear to god I will put a collar on you." He gave me a strained look and then turned to tugged my suitcases inside.
"Now, baby doll, would you be so kind to share you room number, so that I can, you know, NOT have to carry around your big-ass bags?" He grinned over his shoulder, flashing me his pearly white teeth.
"143, It should be right across the hall from the commons. And you know, I never said you had to carry around my bags."
"Oh, little bunny. You just aren't gonna make this easy for me, are you?"
I looked up, confused. "I'm making it difficult for you to carry my bags?"
"No, sweetheart." He replied, grinning and eyeing my body. "I'm in room 145. Right next door to your pretty little ass." He winked at me, chuckling at my shock.
"What?! No! Wait, isn't 144 next to me?"
"144's across the hall. Even rooms are on one side, odd on the other."
"Oh... But aren't boys and girls supposed to be kept separate?" I struggled to find any excuse to try and not live by him. All he did was chuckle.
"I shouldn't go into your dorm room without your consent, if that means anything to you. But our staff here think of us as fully responsible and functional adults, so we are allowed to make our own choices. But, hey! If you ever need a laundry buddy all you gotta do is walk a couple feet and knock." He reached the door and walked right inside, still talking over his shoulder.
"Or a shower buddy." Then he winked suggestively and completely disappeared through the doorway.
I simply hid my blush and rolled my eyes.
"I thought you said you can't go into my room without my consent?" I said.
"Nope, I said I shouldn't go into your room without your consent. Which means I will. So, you should see a lot of me, baby doll."
"That's not fair. Wait, you don't have a key, so you wouldn't be able to get in anyways." I looked at him smugly.
"Sure. Whatever helps you sleep at night." He c****d a brow playfully. "I'll help you sleep at night."
I rolled my eyes again. In the process, I caught a glimpse of where I would be living and my jaw dropped.
I had expected some closet-type room that I would have to share with some stuck up rich girl. It was the exact opposite. The room felt open and comfortable. In front of the entrance, sat an actual seating area that consisted of two plush rose pink arm chairs, with an adorable geometric rose-gold triangular table between them. The chairs were tilted slightly towards the wall, where a television stand hung empty. The far wall served as an accent wall and was painted the same pale pink that the armchairs were. On that far wall, I had a large bed that sat rather nicely on the plush pale gray carpet. A light mint green cushioned cloth bench rested at the end of the bed, I later found that the top opened up, revealing extra storage. The wall with the bed had two large windows, one on each side of the sleeping throne, that both let in tons of natural white light. Underneath each window, sat light gray wooden bedside tables, each adorned with rose gold modern lamps.
The left wall was a wall of white cabinets. There was a big pale mint green door that matched the cloth bench. The door led into a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. The closet had bars on the three sides to hang my clothes and a light gray wooden dresser that matched the bedside tables. I walked back into my bedroom. Now curious, I walked over to the cabinets and opened one of the largest cabinets to reveal a light gray mini fridge and rose- gold microwave. The cabinets next to it and surrounding it were full of organized bins, built specifically for food.
The right wall was painted white, and there was another mint green door, except this one was closed. I curiously opened the door and squeaked in excitement at my own full bathroom. It was already painted the dusty rose pink color that the armchairs were. The counter tops were a light gray marble, and the cabinets were painted white with rose gold knobs. The faucet and handles in both the sink and shower were rose gold. The white hexagon tiles on the floor and in the shower, were caulked in light gray, and dusted with rose gold, before being polished off to a shiny finish. The school had provided me with hanging rose gold soap dispensers in my shower for my shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. They had already filled the dispensers, much to my wallet's delight, with at least two months worth of soap. I turned and saw the matching rose gold hand soap dispenser beside my white rectangular vessel sink. My rose gold towel rack held fluffy white towels and was mounted above my modern hanging toilet. I slowly backed out of the bathroom and turned.
Next to the bathroom door and pushed into the corner, there was a triangular desk that had a light gray wooden table top to match the bedside tables, and thin rose gold wire-like geometric table legs to match the rose gold theme. The desk was lovely, paired with a comfortable mint green cushioned swivel chair and adorned with different organizing cubicles and holders, that were already filled with matching marble and rose-gold themes school supplies.
I surveyed the whole room, in shock. This isn't my room. They must've given me the wrong room number.
My eyes connected with Zeke's. He had been studying me.
"You don't have a room mate... and this is your room." He said, reading my mind. "Besides that fact, something tells me the school really wants you here, due to the fully furnished and decorated room along with the 'Welcome, Ember!' card on your nightstand."
I turned and picked up the card. A fifteen hundred dollar visa gird card fell out of it. Written on the back of the card:"For any further expenses. Enjoy!"
My jaw dropped.
"Close your pretty mouth or I just might stick something in it." Zeke smirked and raise a brow suggestively. He stepped closer to me and brushed his hand against my cheek, leaning in. His face was now only millimetres away from mine, and I could feel his hot breath.
"Does my bunny need a carrot to nibble on?" He chuckled at my sharp intake of air. I pushed him away.
"Why are you being so crude?" I asked.
"To be honest, I don't know." He stated, shrugging his shoulders. "This is actually a first for me. I'm usually polite." He lifted up my suitcases and set them gently on the bed.
I opened my mouth to respond and my mom bust into the room.
"EZEKIEL! How did you not tell me about the AMAZING french fries in the cafeteria." My mother questioned him.
He laughed. It was deep and full. It made my stomach flutter and my head spin.
"It must have slipped my mind." He responded, smiling wide. His brown eyes trailed back to me. I could feel his gaze drape over my body.
"I'll see you later tonight, Ember." He said in a promising tone. When he turned to leave, he looked back over his shoulder throwing me a wink. I could feel my face heat up, and knew I had turned red.
I could here his lovely laugh fade as he walked down the hall.
God, can I record that laugh and listen to it on repeat?
