Chapter 14

Well, I regret being fully happy yesterday because darkness will come soon enough but it is much too soon.

Jaydee Alec fetched me at the school because of his brother's orders as he said to me while he was driving. Gosh it's too early to face his heartless brother!

And it pissed me off more when I remembered he moves my things into his house without my consent! So here I am standing in front of his house.

"Let's go." Jaydee Alec coldly said and opened the door of their house.

I sighed before seeing his mother at the house who's happily looking at me and Mrs. Devain. I mean Mommy is walking towards me and hugging me tight.

"It's good to see you again, Catalina! How's your camp? Did you enjoyed?" She asked. I looked at her and smiled too. She looks young to me and she's very beautiful too. She has a nice personality but when it comes to her children--- well nevermind.

"I enjoyed it Mrs. D-- I mean mommy. And it's also good to see you too." I stuttered. Damn I'm never getting used to this.

She smiled again. "Well, I think you need to sleep. It's just six in the morning and you look tired. Let's catch up after sleeping alright?" she looked at Jaydee. "Jaydee, bring your sister into your brother's room." She said and heard Jaydee Alec sighed.

The mansion is, I think, a four-storey house, with a modern black and white theme. I followed Jaydee Alec who's carrying my bag, we took a stair and walked now to the third floor hallway.

Jaydee Alec stopped in the end of the hallway where there is a door. He knocked first before going in, so I followed him. Well this room seems familiar.

He put down my bag, he walked out and closed the door or slammed it? He's moody today, I guess.. There's a king size bed in front of me and I wanted to jump in because I'm really really tired right now. And the fact is that the team teaches me how to play baseball. Ughhh that made my arms heavy right now.

I was startled when I heard the door open on my side.

My jaw literally dropped when I saw a man who's wearing nothing but a towel on his lower body! My eyes landed automatically on the eight pack abs?? The fck is it really eight? What the hell?!

There's water dripping on his stomach that made me thirsty! This is not appropriate to see! This is not! But why are my eyes still looking at them? Why am I eager to touch them?

"Might as well r**e me, wife. I don't mind at all." What did he just say? I'm sorry my eyes are stuck on that abs! This is the first time I saw one! I mean I know them when learning at school but I don't basically see them because I just saw them in sketching!

Well mom made me innocent to this kinda thing and if you ask me if I watch a p**n stuff. No. I don't, because it's not appropriate for me. Saw yeah I'm an almost perfect definition of a pristine woman.

"Eyes on me, wife. Fck stop staring at me like that, you're turning me on." That made me snapped. Oh gosh why the hell do I stare at his abs? That is so not appropriate! I quickly turn around and hardly close my eyes. So this is my morning routine now? Seeing a guy who's half naked in the morning?

I sighed first to compose myself. "You should wear some clothes, you might catch cold." I said. "Where are my things? Am I now supposed to sleep here with you--I mean my room also? I demand another room for me, I can't stand having a guy in one bedroom." I added.

Heard him smirked behind. I heard some footsteps towards me and I bit my lip when I felt his body against my back. Gosh, he's seducing me!

He's slipping his damn fingers in both of my arms. "Oh my sweet innocent Catalina, you're a teacher right? How can you forget that a husband and wife needs to be in just one room and sleep beside each other?" I felt his breath at my neck. "No one will get another room, okay? Understand wife? You don't want me to get angry do you?" he said and whispered. I look at him and stare at his dark eyes. I turn around and look at his dazzling eyes.

He met our gaze, I smirked and not soon enough I kicked his ball.

"Ugh!!" he groaned while now kneeling on the floor and gripping at his towel. I'm not a Zuarez for nothing! "What the heck woman?!" he yelled at me.

I hissed at him, I bent my right knee and knelt down the other. He looks at me with annoyance on his face but I don't care he deserves it! He doesn't deserve eight perfect abs!

"Didn't I tell you that I'll making you scream once I got home? But of course in pain." I directly said to him. I stand up while him his still kneeling down. "Don't get me wrong but I don't like it when you're harassing me like that or being that close to me even if you're my husband. You don't have any rights to touch me like that nor slip your damn fingers on my arms! You p*****t!" yell at him.

Did he actually think that I will forget what he caused me at the camp? Gosh, because of him I almost suspended my students because of a misunderstanding that he started!

I will always remember that now, because of him! And besides, he deserves to be kicked on his balls to wake himself up. I'm not like his girls who are in love with him. I'm not his damn girl for crying out loud!

He stands up and is annoyed looking at me and I did the same too. Soon after the pain on his eyes turned into a playful smirk that made me startled a little bit but I didn't let him see it.

Akiro Elle walked towards me and of course I walked backwards too but I felt the bed on my legs. "You sure are a naughty wife for me. And oh and I almost forgot too." I gasped when he pulled my waist using both of his hands against his body that made me startled. I pushed his arms using mine but he's just too strong.

Oh my gosh, he's just wearing a towel for crying out loud!

I admit he looks even more hot on the wet side. I'm just being honest but right now because of my honesty makes me think I'm fantasizing about him and it's not appropriate to do.

He leaned closer and whisper to my ear. "Didn't I tell you that I will punish you, my sweet wife? And I will double it because you just fcking kick the all women desire to see and to feel? So choose wife will do this easy way or the hard way?" he said and felt his nose rubbing me neck!

Oh no...this is bad...

I met his gaze and he also met mine and his lips are a little inch in mine. I closed my eyes and remembered the way he kissed me the other day, he stole my first kiss. And it makes it memorable.

I gasped when he carried me like a bride and he gently laid me down to the bed. I just stare at him and he's busy doing something and doesn't bother to look at me.

How can a man be perfect like this? I mean the features of his face are perfect I mean the jaw line, his eyebrows, his dark eyes and why the hell a dark aura can be light? I mean it's the highlight or mark of Akiro Elle.

He looked at me and smirked. I closed my eyes when he was leaning towards me. I was startled when I felt a gentle thing touch my forehead. Did I mention butterflies in my stomach? "A-akiro" I uttered his name while my eyes still closed.

Heard him hissed. "Silly, I don't force myself into a woman, Catalina. I'm not that low and I have nothing against you yet." he uttered, that made me open my eyes. Saw him stand beside the bed and look at me still half naked so I looked away. Well its better to look away than hearing him that I'm r****g him at my mind.

"Sleep. I know you're a tired wife. My brother fetches you up because I have a site to check. And yeah early in the morning. I'll be home before you know it, and once I get home we will discuss our marriage." he said that made me look at him and he just wink at me and walk away to his closet I think.

I just tilt my head and I side myself to get comfortable in this soft bed.

Damn, I need to sleep to compose myself again because of what he had just done, he made my heart skip a beat!

I Bettina Catalina Zuarez Devain will follow my husband rules such as;

#1 Act his lovely wife in front of people and cuddle him if he wants

#2 Don't meddle with his work unless he say so

#3 Cook his favorite foods

#4 Must be home before he does

#5 Be faithful to him that includes no guys will be attached to me

#6 Update him of my whereabouts

#7 Have time with my husband

#8 Don't be mad to my husband because of useless things

#9 If I nag at him then I'll receive a punishment

#10 If I fell in love with him, I need to tell him the sooner the better.

If I breach any of this rule, I Bettina Catalina Zuarez Devain the wife of Akiro Elle Devain will bear a child with him and I can't say no about it. Because a happy husband is a happy life...

"Are you damn crazy?!" I yelled at him and stood up after reading the contract that he made! "And a happy wife is a happy life, not a happy husband!" I corrected him!

Is he serious about this thing?!

Here we are at his office in the bedroom. He came home after I fixed myself and finished sleeping, and after that he handed me this paper and of course the paper is beneficial to him and not me! What a selfish, ruthless billionaire!

"Well that doesn't apply to me."

I look at him angrily. This guy is really pissing me off! "And you think this rule is applicable for me? Akiro, you're so unfair!" he leaned towards his chair and teasingly looked at me.

"You're nagging wife, you now broke a rule. So where do you want me to take you, in my office or in the be---"

"Akiro Elle!" okay that's it I have enough of his being unfair!

He smirked at me.``I prefer you scream my name in a pleasant tone." he husky said.

This guy is a p*****t! He always thinks that it's not appropriate to talk with a woman that he barely knew and no string attached!

Tell me again why did I agree to this?!

His set of rules are not applicable for me! It's a win-win for him but not me! Am I really his wife? It's like maid doings! I'm not his maid, I'm his wife! He can't just command me what I'll do to serve or to please him! Because he can't make me do this kinda thing because it's against my will.

"Really, Akiro? What kind of rules is this?! I mean the first one is very wrong! Sure of course I need to act a loving wife to you but cuddle you? Wow just wow!"

"Hey, it's not just applicable only to me, it's also applicable to you!"

"Oh on what grounds?!"

He smirked again. "You're a person to Catalina, you have needs too like me, so bear with that rule." He cooly said.

What the fck?!

What the hell is he saying? What needs that he's talking about? I'm not that like his women! I don't need that kinda need!

I shake my head. "No! First and foremost it's not applicable for me because I'm not that kind of woman!" He just hissed at me. "And the rule #2! If I can't meddle yours then you can't meddle mine." I emphasized it.

"Alright, we will arrange that. But my rule is still, you can't meddle mine unless I say so. I don't want you to think that I'm hiding something from you."

I'm surprised by what he just said. Well it's gonna be an honest marriage after all.

I cleared my throat. "Alright, I'll do the same." Ugh my hands are trembling. "Uhmm I can't cook food for you everyday, but I'll try. And Akiro you have maids here they know you more than I do. I don't know what your favorite foods are." I calmly said. Damn, I changed my mood and I don't know why.

Earlier I'm ready to go on the battle but damn I'm smitten like a kitten!

"It's your duty as a wife. I'm not telling you this because you're my wife, I set that rule because it's your duty, a worldwide basic duty of a wife. I want you to cook for me even if it is not my favorite. I just want you to cook for me, that's all."

I stared at him for a while and I just nodded. "O-okay. I can't promise you that I will get home first before you do. Because I have a job too."

"If that happens, you need to contact me to fetch you up. In that way you wouldn't break that rule. Instead of going home late. We can go home together."

"Why? Why would you do that?"

He smirked at me. "Like what you always said. It's not appropriate. "

Fine. He has a point there. I'm a married woman now, and I have a limitation too and duties to obtain.

"What about this rule? Why did you write this? I already know how to act as a wife but stopping me to meet a guy, is that too much? What if it's a friend or work related?"

Ha! Find an argument about that! I mean that rule sounds like he's being possessive about getting out of hand.

"That rule will stand still, Catalina. I don't care if a fcking guy is your friend or work related. I swear Catalina if a found out and my guts told me that a guy talk flirtatious to you, mark my word I'll reap his f*cking throat and making his life miserable. " and clench his jaw.

What the hell?!

"Tss, if I know you would break that rule if it's you, not me." I emphasized it.

He stared at me. "I know my limitations, Catalina." he teasingly looked at me again. "You're now being jealous, don't worry wife. If there's any person that I'm going to flirt with, it's only you, no one else."

I looked at him disgustingly. "I don't need you to flirt with me, Akiro Elle. I just need you to be faithful to me and I will do the same in return." I emphasized. I looked at the contract again before he said something vulgar. "I'm okay with rule #6 but the next is not. Why would I make time for you? As if you'll do the same to me." almost whisper.

"You're nagging again, wife." I just rolled my eyes to him. "Well you need to make time for me because of sudden events that I need you. Besides the fact I need you to make a baby, I need you to be at my side when attending the parties, events and many more and I will do the same to you, I need you wife. Whether you like it or not."

Oh I thought it's like--nevermind.

"Uhmm what about #8? I'm agree to that because I don't want to be mad at you all the time but you need to compromise too. I'm not going to be mad at you if you didn't do anything that I don't like or simply makes me mad. And beside you have your own definition of useless things and I have mine. But if I'm going to be mad at you ultimately, it's not a useless thing for me and you need to compromise. Is that clear Akiro Elle?"

"You sound like my mom, wife. But alright if that's what you want so be it." he cooly said.

I just nod at him and go back to the contract " I don't like the rule #9 at all. Seriously? If I nag at you I need to receive a punishment? If I nag at you, it's your fault!"

He stared at me coldly and I did the same to him. "Fine, let's have a deal with that rule. If you nagged at me and pissed me off. I'll kiss you no matter where we are and if you find that is my fault then.."

"I will kick your ball again." I said it directly. "But how do we know who received who?"

He smirked. "Easy, the first move. If I move first then you don't have the right to kick my dck. But if you kick me first then I don't have the right to kiss you after."

Well that's fine with me. And I'm sure I will.kick his ball first before he kisses me. I can't let him kiss me again.

"Fine with me."

He nodded. "What else?"

"Rule number 10, are you sure I will fall in love with you, first? What if you fell also? Would you tell me? "

He shrugged. "I don't know it yet. I restrain myself to be in hell again. If you fall then fall I won't stop you from falling to me but don't expect me to fall with you as you fell." and look away

"You know mister, I read all the books that told me that a predator fell into the trap first then his prey." I walk towards him and put down the contract.

I put my arms on his desk that supported me leaning towards him. "Let's make this interesting, Akiro."

"How?"

"If you fell at me and my guts told me so. We will end this contract and you don't have any right to do anything about it."

"W-what? Don't you like it when I fall in love with you?"he stummers

"We will get a divorce and no Akiro. If you fell with me that means you lose the game that you pulled. Because falling in love with you is one of my wildest dreams that I need to wake up to, the sooner the better."

"No, it's unfair. It made me look like a loser and easy to let go. Let's rechange the rule you offer." that made me look curiously at me. "The one who said I love you first will grant a wish whatever he/she wishes to the person whom he/she told it."

Sounds good to me. I know marriage is sacred but it's wrong to get married without love on it. I need to put an end to this. And mark my words I will make him say the word to me.

"Fair enough."

He smirked. "Alright. Now let's seal this with a kiss." a husky tone on his voice.

Before I reacted he reached my lips and kissed it. I thought it was just a smack but he didn't let me go. Before I responded to his kisses he let go of it.

"Better get yourself ready, wife. You don't know the game you just pulled."
