Rufus POV
Rufus looked at Nick and Sara with confused expression, as today had been a shock for him and he. Had he not been checking her out while she was walking towards him. He would have never noticed the crusher trailing towards her.
He Had reached there on time and saved her. But he was sure that someone was trying to harm her.
Why was Sara acting so stubbornly? Nick was right, she should back off and let someone else handle the project. If that day’s incident was a warning, then there is something fishy.
And he wanted to check on their family history because he had heard Nick say that his mom died because of the project.
